WW meetings re-joined

I am back at the meetings and think that I am more determined since I am paying more attention as to how I can get to goal. Tracking is a must for me and it does help me lose.
I do not try to track on both Spark and E-tools, because it just takes too much time.
I do try to keep my fitness tracked on Spark and lately have had to be less active. Had two cataract surgeries and was told by my dr. I had to wait two weeks after each surgery to go back to my Aerobic classes. So meanwhile have been walking each day if possible so that I can keep up my momentum.
Can anyone relate to this? I just think doing the best I can when there is a health issue is all I can expect of myself and remaining positive no matter what. Thanks for reading my blog and let me know how you are doing too. Spark friends are wonderful and we are all going through many of the same issues. We CAN DO IT!!
Oh, meant to say, sorry if I have not been in touch as much, but do think of you on your journey. Keep in touch with me, if you can fit it in. Any advice is appreciated. We are in this together for better health habits that become Routine.
