Sweating for the Wedding

I am just shy of the one-year point until my wonderful fiancé and I get married! I have created an easy diet to try my best to follow (easy carbs and sugars and lots of protein and veggies) and will try by best to stay on track with "eating clean." My goal is to make it to the gym 4 times a week for TRX class, for a quick 1-hour total body workout. I also walk our dogs two times daily, and if I pick up the pace I figure that will definitely help.
I am motivated to make this lifestyle change!! I don't want to be going on our Honeymoon and feeling self-conscious in a bathing suit. I am ready to start a new, healthy chapter in my life with my soon-to-be husband. Now only if I could give up wine!!! ... Cheers friends :)
