So like I said I have been working evenings 4-5 days a week and I still haven't gotten used to it. My eating schedule is out of whack!!! I can't seem to figure it out yet but I am working on it. Any suggestions to help are welcome!
Goals this month:
1. Kill my weeds in the back and front yard. My backyard is starting to look like a jungle. :/
2. Lose 5-10 pounds by the end of June.
3. Figure out an eating schedule that will work when I am working.
4. Drink 8 cups water a day
5. Figure out a way to get to the gym even when I am working.
Gonna try using my calendar to help me schedule workouts and meals. Hope it works!
