Day 15 of 100 - Frustration vs Accomplishment

I have a good routine set now of getting up half hour early to get 30 min on the elliptical. This morning while the kids were playing outside I pulled weeds in the rocks.
I have been trying to get approval from the insurance company for Supartz injections in my knees. It has been a long drawn out process. This morning I found out that they had rejected it. I will be seeing my doctor on Friday and we will be discussing what else we can do.
Needless to say I got frustrated and ended up snacking this morning.
This afternoon I planned and pulled fabrics and started cutting for a baby quilt I need to have made by Saturday for a shower.
My Daily Goals:
1. Track ALL food & exercise
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz)
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes --
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies
5. High protein breakfast
6. Eliminate morning snack
7. Blog Daily
