Day 13 of 100 - Rest Day

I took today as a rest day and it ended up not keeping many of my goals. Back on track tomorrow!

My Daily Goals:

1. Track ALL food & exercise emoticon
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz) emoticon
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes -- rest day
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies emoticon
5. High protein breakfast emoticon
6. Eliminate morning snack emoticon
7. Blog Daily emoticon

    Sundays are easy to be lax. Once you have your good habits cemented in your daily life, Sundays will at least be the min. of all your goals and not be work! Keep up the great business of making your goals!! (((HUGS)))

    Looks like you are 50/50 for today! I can never drink enough water. That's the hardest goal for me! Hope tomorrow is awesome for you!!! Take care!
