I truly had a great week. Not in every aspect, that would be unfair, but I managed to kick some workout butt.....at least I think so. I found a new walking partner, and boy does she walk. My friend Lori walks a 4 mile route 2 times daily. This past week, I joined her 3 times, and walked once on my own. So, going from maybe working out once a week to this! To top it off, I feel so good!
