21 Day Fix - Day 2

I've had another good on plan day today. I've not felt as hungry today so I need to look at what I ate differently than yesterday. I did have 2 Shakeos today instead of the one, I made sure I a red container left for that, so I know that probably helped as they are pretty filling and I make mine with 500ml of water so big lol!

I got in my scheduled Turbofire this morning, today was HIIT 20, I did much better with the choreography than I did this one lol, so I'm improving. I love Chalene, she's so motivating and pushes you when you're feeling it!

I got paid today so I was able to go and do a healthy Fix shop. I was so proud that I stuck completely to the foods I am allowed and resisted any temptations. I felt a bit smug with my healthy, clean trolley of food.

I still have some containers left for a snack later if I need it. I love how much you can eat on this programme!
