Day 8 of 100 - Anniversary

35 years ago I married my sweetheart.
I took the day off from daycare. I slept in until 10:30. My husband has been very sick the last few days, so we just had a quiet day here at home. I planted flowers in our front flower garden first thing this morning. Then this afternoon I did some quilting. We were going to go out for dinner but he still wasn't feeling good, so we had leftovers for dinner.
My anniversary gift = he is developing a website for my new adventure -- creating memory quilts for people.
It has been a week since I started my 100 Day Challenge and I am down 2 lbs!
My Daily Goals:
1. Track ALL food & exercise
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz)
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies
5. High protein breakfast
6. Eliminate morning snack
