I'm not much of a blogger, but I want to make an attempt to blog because it it the LTGL portion of the 5% Challenge this week.
I have hit the first major bump in the road on my journey to become more healthy. Up until this point, I have been steadily losing weight at the rate of about 1 pound per week. I have hit a plateau. I haven't lost any weight in the last two weeks. I actually put on about .4 of a pound. I know about fluctuations and it doesn't upset me except that I don't want it to become the beginning of a trend.
I continue to track almost every day, and have actually started exercising better and am generally becoming more active. I think I need to make sure that I am tracking everything honestly. I also need to make sure that I am being more active. The most important thing is to persevere, because this may just be my body taking a rest from losing so that my mind, my body ( the shape and measurement), and my weight can catch up with each other.
