Its both overwhelming and exciting to be starting over, but hopefully I have learned from my past mistakes...the most important thing is that I haven't given up :) Its time to get my life in order. My kids are getting older and I don't want them to remember me being out of shape, not being able to play and be active because I cannot breathe. I want to be a role model for them and someone they can be proud of and look up to.
30 day shred 5x per week
1 hour just dance wii 3x per week
*No eating after 7pm
Eat at least 1 salad per day
*Drink 8 glasses of water per day
*Go to sleep no later than 11PM
*No more than 1 Coke a week
*These will be my most challenging goals as I never drink water and I am a night owl. lol
Unfortunately I have not been eating like I should, in fact I stay within my calorie range most of the time...but I drink all of my calories! NO GOOD!!! I really think that if I could cut out coke completely from my diet and just drink water I could probably lose 30 pounds fairly quickly. Admitting you have a problem is the first step right? I have a major addiction to drinking coke! lol Seriously...if I don't drink it I get horrible migraines and sooo moody! Anyone have advice on how to kick this horrible habit?
