Day 7 of 100 -- Memorial Day

It was a very busy day! This morning I exercised first thing for 30 min on the elliptical. Then I headed to my daughter's new house. They just bought it on Friday and are painting the interior before they move in. I spent the morning taping the molding and scraping the kitchen wall.
I had a shopping date with my grandson. We went to King Soopers and picked out some flowers. Then I also went to Home Depot and picked up some more flowers.
When I got home I quilted for and hour or so. Then I went outside to plant the flowers in the heart garden and weed it too.
Now it is time to relax a little before bed.
My daughter had glazed donuts this morning. I hadn't had one in a long time, so I had it for morning snack. It didn't taste as good as I remember, so it wasn't really worth it.
My Daily Goals:
1. Track ALL food & exercise
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz)
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies
5. High protein breakfast
6. Eliminate morning snack
7. Blog Daily
