Finally an exercise routine I can stick to!

I noticed that I haven't written a blog in over 3 years! I have been making major improvements in my life personally. I have recently been formally diagnosed with Depression. Now I am taking medication to help me further improve my life.
After I started to feel happier I decided that I would start to do meditation and yoga. Normally, any exercise routine would be done with after a week. I would lose steam and motivation and decide that being healthy was too much work. Haha. But this time I have been working out using yoga for almost two weeks! The best part is that when I missed out on doing yoga for a couple of days I felt really bummed out. That never happens! So now I know that I am truly turning a new leaf. I have even been getting more fruits and veggies worked into my diet.
