When I weighed this morning, I was 1/2 lb. below the goal I originally set for myself! And am back into an acceptable BMI! I am so thankful and I am going to do my best to maintain! Although I would like to develop a little margin, my plan is to ease up on my calories a little bit..about 100 more per day so that I slow dow the loss and keep my metabolism high. emoticon emoticon ANd thanks to everyone who has motivated me, entertained me, and been generally good buddies!
