Day 5 of 100 -- Wedding

We went to my niece's wedding this afternoon. It was 1.5 hours away, therefore it was an all day event.

I did get in 30 minutes on the elliptical before we had to leave. I didn't track my food but I think I stayed within my calorie range.

Today was also my granddaughter's first birthday, but we will be celebrating it tomorrow after church.

My Daily Goals:

1. Track ALL food emoticon & exercise emoticon
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz) emoticon
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes emoticon
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies emoticon
5. High protein breakfast emoticon
6. Eliminate morning snack emoticon
7. Blog Daily emoticon

    I love how you share your tracking on your blog!! Congrats on staying in your calorie range while attending a wedding.

    I went to a baby shower that wound up having a brunch and then a late lunch...I did not stay within my range. So today I will think of you doing it and strive to do better on this holiday of family visiting:)
