I got up again to exercise early and then did some SP strength videos. The rest of the day went well.

My Daily Goals:

1. Track ALL food & exercise emoticon
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz) emoticon
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes emoticon
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies emoticon
5. High protein breakfast emoticon
6. Eliminate morning snack emoticon
7. Blog Daily emoticon
