Well, my class I was going to go to last night was cancelled because of severe thunderstorms & hail. So I did get my freggies in for the day.
I got up early again this morning for 30 min on the elliptical. I had Bible Study & potluck tonight. So I didn't track my evening meal -- potlucks are hard to track. But I did well and had salads, veggies and chicken. I prepared myself by eating light today.
My Daily Goals:
1. Track ALL food & exercise
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz)
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies
5. High protein breakfast
6. Eliminate morning snack
7. Blog Daily
