I got up half hour early so I could exercise on the elliptical for 30 min. It was good to exercise first thing in the morning again. I know it will be tough to do some days especially when I have my grandkids come at 6:45 am ( I might end of doing the elliptical in the afternoon when they are napping.).
I made a yummy vegetable & scrambled eggs for breakfast.
My Daily Goals:
1. Track ALL food & exercise
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz)
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies
5. High protein breakfast
6. Eliminate morning snack
7. Blog Daily
I am blogging early because I have a class tonight. I will be skipping supper to get there in time, so I will probably just have a protein bar. I won't be getting in the 5 servings of freggies today.
