I got up half hour early so I could exercise on the elliptical for 30 min. It was good to exercise first thing in the morning again. I know it will be tough to do some days especially when I have my grandkids come at 6:45 am ( I might end of doing the elliptical in the afternoon when they are napping.).

I made a yummy vegetable & scrambled eggs for breakfast.

My Daily Goals:

1. Track ALL food & exercise emoticon
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz) emoticon
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes emoticon
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies
5. High protein breakfast emoticon
6. Eliminate morning snack emoticon
7. Blog Daily emoticon

I am blogging early because I have a class tonight. I will be skipping supper to get there in time, so I will probably just have a protein bar. I won't be getting in the 5 servings of freggies today.

    Way to go getting up early to exercise again!! I remember you always used to do that! But sneaking it in during nap sounds doable!!
    Sounds like a yummy bkfst yest., too! You know, if you can have some advance notice of these meetings, you could fix ahead a "freggie-full" dinner to throw in the microwave and eat before said mtg.! Or if you really haven't even got that much time, fix it ahead and eat it after the meeting!
