Great Bicep/Tricep Workout (Day 75 of 100)

Busy day so I only got in a 15 minute workout this morning. But, I might be able to squeeze in something else later today. The workout I did today was one of my favorites... and it's a killer! It's Fitness Blender's "16 Minute Bicep & Tricep Super Set Workout - Resistance Band Exercises." Whew!!! (Remember, these are FREE online! And I love 'em!)
