Been on a food rampage since last weekend.
Not crazy out of control, just eating more than I really need. Feeling hunger pangs and then instead of distracting myself with a glass of water or an activity or something that is all fiber and no calories (i.e. celery) - succumbed to my desires.
Who really needs to eat three (3)
in a day?
