Well this is my first ending of my first week back on this new life style. I have had success I was 194 when I started I was 191.4 this am. Down 3 pounds. I have done 10,000 steps 5 days in a row and moved myself from 5 th place to first place on Fitbit page for number of steps this week. Not bad. I have walked the river walk every day since it has started, on Friday they will draw for the first gift for the beginning of May. This contest is for the month of may here at the river where I live, gives me motivation to walk. I even walked in the rain two days, so I did it.
