My goals for the Silver Round of BLC:
Maintain weight - SW is 138 and will maintain between 134-142
Increase the intensity of my workouts

1) Minimum of 70,000 steps weekly
2) Control night time snacking
3) Work on adding more freggies daily
4) Work on planning healthy meals and less processed food
5) Participate in team challenges
6) Try new workouts

Other goals that are not weight related:
Make time for cross stitch and other craft projects
Work on decluttering projects
