First Day of May

New month, New day, New goals!!!! This morning I decided one of my May goals is to start doing taking 2 "mini" exercise breaks during work. I have a room I can duck into and this month - AM will be 15 burpees and 15 leg lifts each side (I have found I have VERY weak hips - can't do leg lifts to save my soul!!) and in the PM I will be doing plank with 20 cross knee to elbow then wrist touches and then 15 leg out to the side hip circles and 15 raises per side. I'm hoping as the month progresses, so will my counts!! I also will track my fitness and food daily. Bring on May (also helps that there is a Vegas trip planned at the end of the month - and a new swimsuit to look my best in!!). Happy May everyone!!!!!!
