DAY 11: Starting Morning Off on the Scale

Just finished a short workout. It was the best I could fit in considering I didn't get home until 7pm and then I had to watch my weekly dose of Dancing With the Stars. Maks and Meryl killed it, by the way!
I can only dream of having Meryl's flexibility.
This morning started off with a weigh-in. I saw 163 on the scale for the first time in a long time. I hope I can at least maintain this for the week. I'm adding getting in my daily 10,000 steps to my goal this week. Of course, when I decided that, I hadn't taken into account that it would rain today and it's supposed to rain again tomorrow and Wednesday. I had hoped to walk outside. But looks like I'll have to walk indoors for now.
I did manage to fit in 15 minutes of walking during my lunch hour before the rain started. And another 20 walking from work to the bus stop and then from the bus stop to my house.
My one temptation of the day was during lunch. Mondays means the BBQ Bus, a local food truck, is usually in the area. I figured this could be my one cheat day this week as the BBQ bus only comes once a week, usually. I couldn't resist and ordered a pulled pork sandwich with bacon mashed potatoes. It was delicious but I'm guessing I gained 1-2 pounds from it.
Well, tomorrow will be a new day and I will get back to eating right. Salad for lunch and dinner to make up for my missteps today.
