I`m back ... again

Hey Friends,

From tomorrow I`m back .... again. I gain some weight during the holidays and I`m starting from 102-103 kilograms. So for the month of May I`m planing to meet some goals some are every day others not :

1. 8 cups of water
2. 4-5km on the treadmill
3. no coffee or 1 cup per day
4. no cola zero
5. 2 fruits per day
6. no sweet junk food
7. no comfort food

I need to stop fool my self and start a healthy eating so I can finally get rid of some kilograms.
