I'm back to work and as the climate's getting hotter, I am experiencing extreme tiredness.
I cannot go to aquagym everyday and sometime I feel like laying in bed all day would be the only viable option.
Include at work I have stairs and stairs that make me feel awful and I've got more enemies than friends - that's energy-sucking too.
Any advice on what to do to win my fight against powerlessness?????
