DAY 5: Eating Alone

Just a quick post during halftime of the Wizards - Bulls playoff game. Again finding it easier to eat the right foods outside of home than at home. Family has too many options at the dinner table. I'm thinking I'll just have to start eating alone just so I won't get tempted to eat what I know I shouldn't eat. If I'm not too tired from work, I will try to wait for my family to finish eating and then eat alone during dinnertime.
Today's exercise: Leslie Sansone's Walk it Off in 30 Days: Firm 30 minutes. Also walked about 20 minutes during lunchtime today. Going to try to do more intense exercise during weekends.
Well, back to the basketball game I go! Of course, watching all these guys sweating on the court just makes me think how much weight I could lose if I was running up and down a court and sweating buckets.:p

Current Weight: 166.4 (trending up...gotta get back down again)
