Bad day at the doctor's office!

Saturday, April 19, 2014

Seems I have "fatty liver disease and stage 1 kidney disease"!!! Here I am at my goal weight with a fatty liver? Turns our the culprits are PROCESSED FOODS, SUGAR, and WHITE FLOUR! They are literally poisoning my body so I have to do a RADICAL change to my eating plan. If God made it I can eat it. If not, I can't. We can help the fatty liver but the kidney disease cannot be reversed, just controlled. What a shock, just days before I turn 61. Bummer. Praise God we found it out early!

The bad news with the good. SO sorry this had to be. It sounds like you have a new job of listing new foods and trying new recipes.
Praying you start to feel better and possibly become a chef in the process!

Not to downplay the gravity of this diagnosis, but I am so happy it is not cancer of the liver, pancreas, lung,,, cardiac problems, etc.

Isn't it strange how one person's body can tolerate those foods and others cannot?
