The week so far....

Off to a much better start this week. Only 2 days in and up to 88 minutes of exercise, not counting the 30 min. I plan to do tonight at Curves after work. Goal is 200 minutes this week!!!!!!!!!!!! Was only down .5 lb yesterday from last week but better than being up. Just got back from a nice lunchtime walk and was actually feeling like I wanted to jog some - I was listening to music and this motivates me! Tomorrow's exercise is hopefully W1D2 of C25K......

Still having glute/sciatic pain which is related to lower back issues but trying to push through as I believe that the extra weight is one of my problems.....I am hopeful that an increase in activity/weight loss will help this situation....

I WILL DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
