"RISE AND SHINE CHALLENGE"

Well today is day #5 and I think that I'm doing fairly well.
I blogged my 1st day of the challenge and today I will do a synopsis of the last 4 days.
Day#2: 1 c. oatmeal, strawberries, coffee, water.
Did a 15 minute walk w/CD. Steps for the day…7617
Day#3: 1c. raisin bran, coffee, water
Did 20 minutes w/Leslie Sansone including warm up. Steps for the day…8466
Day#4: yogurt w/strawberries, coffee, water
Did warm up, 1 mile, cool down w/Leslie Steps for the day…9040
I let my guard down and ate 2/3 can cashews. Shame on me.
Day#5: IHOP breakfast w/a friend…2 French toast w/pat of butter & 2 Tbl. syrup,
2 sausages, coffee.
Did warm up & walked a mile w/Leslie. So far…5720 steps.
I know I'm doing well with this challenge but I need to do better with the rest of the day's eating habits. This is hump day and now 5 days to go for me to do better.
