Noticing a trend that when I don't get enough hours of sleep I do not lose as much weight. When I work the pm shift and then have to be back for the am shift I get less than five hours and it always shows on the scale. Probably because I am weighing even earlier in the day. I stay as consistant as I can considering my schedule.
Anyhow, moving on... I tried metamucil last night and no cramping so it looks like fiber was my issue. I will be adding more fiber into my diet on here on out by adding more fiber enriched foods. More food never sounds like a bad thing to me. LOL Don't worry I will still eat healthy and in small portions throughout the day.
Feeling good this morning, regardless of the time. Looking forward to working out after work. I hope I still feel that way later. ;)
