Happy April Fool's Day Everyone. Lost only 1/2 a pound yesterday but at least it is going in the right direction. I have not worked out in the last two days but tonight I am doing the zombie 5K phone app with my husband so that should be fun.
I was really hungry after work last night and bummed out that I was coming home to a small selection of food. I was mostly afraid I would eat unhealthy and be too tired to prepare anything healthy. Then, to my surprise, I came home and Chad had gone shopping for me. He got me several low carb, low sodium foods to eat that required no real preparation. Yay!!!
I worked a pm shift last night and an am shift this morning so I am definitely planning a little nap when I get home but other than that I am planning on having a kick butt day. WooHoo!!
