Losing 10% pt 2...

Five years and some months ago, I was shown this site and the guess work was gone. Five years later, I've gained some, but thankfully not all, of the weight back. This time is my time with no excuses. I make my own meals, have to find my time to be active and take care of business and myself. Since starting this again at the new year, I've yo-yo'd the same 10lbs. Two weeks ago, I told myself this was it and get going. In that time, I've meal planned, with the help of my brother's friend, a nutritionist, and a lot of color coded IKEA lunch containers.
Again I hit the 10% loss mark. On the one hand, I try to not get skeptical about this, as I could lose focus and yoyo again. But today, I am hopeful that this time is it. Because I feel like now is my time. 10% down, 90% to go.
And now for some Zumba. 😎

    Welcome back, Mel! I keep trying to get back on here. It's the only thing that helped me get more than just the weight gone. I want the runner my back. I'm happy you seem to have some good backup to help you stay on track. It's so hard to do even Spark without some physical backup.
