So I was able to drop three pounds yesterday just by eating correctly. I know it was all water weight too from my high sodium intake. I just replaced my salty items with spices and everything tasted fabulous. From Grilled chicken...asparagus...zuchini.
...etc etc. Cutting high carbs is always a lot of kitchen work but this will be totally worth it. So far my short goal is looking good. I will continue to use spark tips with meals and exercises. I love all the articles and videos. Yay!!!
