So I was able to drop three pounds yesterday just by eating correctly. I know it was all water weight too from my high sodium intake. I just replaced my salty items with spices and everything tasted fabulous. From Grilled chicken...asparagus...zuchini.
...etc etc. Cutting high carbs is always a lot of kitchen work but this will be totally worth it. So far my short goal is looking good. I will continue to use spark tips with meals and exercises. I love all the articles and videos. Yay!!!

    Thank you everyone!! That view is from on top of a bluff at Devils Lake in Baraboo, WI. Chad and I go down there a couple times a year and climb both bluffs and walk the whole lake. The south side of the lake has a dog beach so we hang out there with Mya for about an hour. The entire day takes about 6 hours but worth every minute. I cannot wait to go this year when I am more fit than in the past.
