A lot, and I mean A LOT has happened over the last couple of weeks. It's been very stressful. I am in a lot of pain as well. I think I should start doing Yoga again and that might help. It's mostly my neck these days, but my back and feet have been doing their fair share of chiming in.
Usually, I can say "well, the pain was bad and I couldn't work out, but at least I ate right". Not this time. The last week, almost two, I have been eating terribly. I gained back four (if not more by now) of the recent 6 pounds I had lost. I am so disappointed in myself!
I have so much to do between editing, cleaning and trying to get enough rest to heal from this cold asap.
I guess this blog doesn't really have a point....OR a very positive tone! i just wanted to post an update. I'm hoping I can get myself back on track. I'm hoping that the pain is simply caused by lack of exercise!
