Spring 5% Challenge - Activity #2

This is the part I have been a slacker in lately…I eat pretty clean already. I just need to track my food and watch my portion sizes and cut back on the sugars and I’m sure there’s something else I need to do…
For this 8 week challenge I will:
Track my food.
Ensure portions are proper sized.
Drink my 8 glasses of water (which I pretty much do anyway).
Eat up to 8 servings of veggies a day. I love my Vitamix!
Make sure I’m getting my good fats and proteins.
