Spring 5% Challenge - Activity #1

Okay, I got this crazy idea to join this 5% challenge… Yeah, silly me! I am one of no structure. I usually go with the flow. I’m not one to keep to a ‘schedule’. This ought to be interesting…Time to be disciplined. It begins April 5th. Pray for me.

First step: I’m to write up my 5% Exercise Commitment.
Here goes:
I will get on my treadmill for a minimum of 20 minutes a day.
I will do at least 10K steps a day with or without said treadmill.
The days I don’t get in 10K steps I will do body weight exercises.
I figure this way I’m covering all my bases.
I will rest one day a week, because my Creator did, and I should too.
