Time to get back on track!!!

I don't know how I fell off the wagon but I fell off and crashed into the ground while trying to treat anxiety and it's hard to get the train back on the tracks but here's to trying!!
-water , water, water
- try to eat mostly natural things & avoid dairy (I am actually allergic to dairy, not just intolerant--allergic.)
-workout by walking & hitting the gym
-stress less---it solves nothing anyway!!!
Reasons for wanting this weight off
-it's uncomfortable being this size. It hurts my back.
- I want to feel good about my appearance .
-reduce endocrine issues.
