Time to get back on track!!!

I don't know how I fell off the wagon but I fell off and crashed into the ground while trying to treat anxiety and it's hard to get the train back on the tracks but here's to trying!!

My plan:
-sleep well
-water , water, water
- try to eat mostly natural things & avoid dairy (I am actually allergic to dairy, not just intolerant--allergic.)
-workout by walking & hitting the gym
-stress less---it solves nothing anyway!!!

Reasons for wanting this weight off
-it's uncomfortable being this size. It hurts my back.
- I want to feel good about my appearance .
-reduce endocrine issues.

    You are special to me. AND I know you can achieve all that you dedicate yourself to accomplish.
    Wade on in and get wet all over... and work your way up to your marathon swim to reach your goals.
