Four Years Later

Well, back in 2010 I needed to lose 5 pounds so I "rejoined" Spark People. That was a success and I've been doing quite well for the past 4 years. I started running and ran two Half Marathons. The second one was at Big Sur and I ran it with plantar facitis. That took me about 3 months to recover and then my back started giving me troubles. So basically I had to quit running and since then I've been gradually putting back the pounds on. UGH
So NOW here I am at 140 and needing to lose 10 pounds! My goal is to drop those pounds by the time we go to Death Valley the week after Easter.
I know that if I count my calories, exercise 20-30 minutes a day and now bikeride I can do it.
Just wanted to post this for accountability sake.
Gosh those pictures I posted back in 2008 are priceless! My kids are all grown up now. I guess I had better change those pictures!
