I did end up going to Subway and getting a low calorie, low fat salad to hold me over. :)

I know just what you mean. Everywhere, all around us! Well, not where I live, in the middle of the country, but I will tell you, that I think of those places wherever they are! So ya, they are temptations for sure! I love Subway. One can really make that place work. Also, do you have a Jimmy John's? Oh my, their bread is to die for! And you can make that work too! I love them even more than Subway, to tell you the truth! emoticon Our scale fluctuates so much too. I just take the average and let that be it for the day! I was so glad to see your vlog! I had been thinking of you and thinking that I hadn't seen you in a while and here you were.....when I looked! Good luck to you! emoticon

OMG I hate that, it seems like wherever I go the fast food chains are always there.
    They're everywhere! lol
Anyways, glad you stayed strong and got a subway salad, they are delicious!
    Keep it up, emoticon

Tough position. Hope you were able to make healthy choices after Jacob joined you too. My daughter works at a burger joint and when we eat there they have a lite menu. I always choose by the calorie column. there are only a couple of lite choices but they pay off big!! The strange thing is that when I had the burger that I wanted, it wasn't satisfying at all..... really, after the good feeling of lite choices so many times.
my scale fluctuates too. I I weigh in the morning everyday. NEVER at night because my legs hold water through the day.
