    This is so true. I have completely changed my diet to include more protein and less carbohydrates and have given away 18 pounds in two months. I was never hungry a single day. emoticon

    I have found this out too. So try to start my day with some good protein.

    Protein rocks. I'm not a breakfast person and I'm not even hungry for breakfast but if I eat carbs I'm a wreck. Protein works fine and recently, I found steel cut oats and they work too.

    I believe this 100%! Since I've started eating a protein rich breakfast of eggs, I find myself feeling full for much longer than I ever did with a carb rich breakfast. In turn, it seems to help lessen my appetite for the rest of the day!
