So glad to hear from you! Happy 66 lbs!!! I'm not really sure what to say about the challenge. I guess if you feel as if the $35 is enough to motivate you along with the competition then go for it. As far as the supplements go, I think you only need to do them if your lacking some sort of nutrient, otherwise you should be getting all you need from your food. I suggest you check with your doctor first. Sometimes having too much of a good thing can be just as harmful as not having enough. Please keep us updated on your decisions. Thanks!
