1st session with personal trainer

Hubby and I joined a gym on Monday night. With the purchase of the membership, they included a session for each of us with a personal trainer. I met with him today and it was AWESOME! He spent about 25 minutes getting to know me and my journey. He then introduced me to some machines and gave me a personal workout.
I was so afraid he was going to tell me to stop walking away the pounds and do something else! But he said to continue what I was doing since it had worked so well for me in the past. He gave some suggestions on things he thought would help me going forward. It wasn't anything like I thought it was going to be. It was so much better!!
I am so excited for the 2nd phase of my weight loss journey!!
