SparkCoach Day 19: Recognize Improvements

My pants already definitely fit better, but with exceptions I definitely have noticed increase in energy, better moods, and an overall feeling of being healthier.

I definitely find it easy to do my 10 minutes of fitness a day, but still struggle with food. Saying no to certain things, or eating them within moderation.

    Thanks! That is what I try to do. I still live with my parents and they are trying to do the same. Difficulty is eating out and I work around food.

    Keep up the great work. As far as the food, get rid of the food in your house. Out of sight out of mind.
