The Scale is Lighter

I have lost 12 lbs so far and it is a great feeling. I hurt my back I believe because I am moving and my body is not used to it. so I have been doing Yoga (wii) and it is loosening up the muscles.
I am up to 8 minutes and this week I do 10 I went real slow because my spasm's was severe happy with my weight lost.
I also started taking airborne to build up my immune system.
