Taco salad -
Taco meat with beans, lots of lettuce, peppers, onions (any veggies), tortilla chips on top (or other grain).
Piece of chicken or steak, sauted spinach, rice/grain.
Stir fry -
chicken/steak/shrimp, loads of veggies (broccoli, bean sprouts, bok choy, spinach, carrots, snap peas, peppers, onions, ANYTHING). Stir fry sauce. Over rice/grain.
