Today is my first day using the Spark Tracker. It was easy to set up, and fun to use. I didn't exercise today, just a little shopping and went over 5000 steps. I was surprised at that. I lost my weight a while back, but gained a little back, rarely motivated to exercise. I usually eat very healthy so I believe that the tracker will help me stay motivated. I made a small ankle band for the tracker from 1.5" elastic band (sown to fit me), rather than putting it on my shoe, it looks great and works great. Everything that helps and is good is what I want.
