Thanks everyone for making my first day a good one. My goal was to exercise and get 3 qts of water in and I was able to do it. I even tracked everything. Friday, I head to the grocery store for some spinach to put in my vita blast and I've already picked out a dvd workout with a stability ball. I find I do better with a plan. Thanks again everyone and I hope your day went well also.
