Fatigue is making progress difficult

I've been so fatigued these past couple of weeks that I have had to cut back on the "extra" exercise I'd added in - intervals and strength training. Still keeping up with the walking and the stretching afterwards. (Yay for good habits!)

Cutting back on the refined sugar only helped for the first few days. Maybe that's because I really didn't have a lot even before cutting back.

So I'm not really seeing any progress now, but I will keep at it! The important thing is doing the right thing; I can leave the results to God.
