A new start!

Friday, February 21, 2014

Hello, I'm Laura aka pinkheartgirl. I'm starting over again because I fell off the wagon, gained a few more pounds and went off my diet for a few weeks. Now, it's time I get back on track with my diet & excises . My goal for this year is to lose 50 to 60 pounds by the end of this year. I used to do atkins it worked good for a while for me but when I saw my doc last november she gave me a better diet where I could lose 3 to 5 pounds a month on a healthier way for me. I would want to lose 10 to 15 ibis with atkins each month, I almost never could reach that goal each month. If you need a diet you can follow you should see your doc to see what he or she suggest for you as far as diet & excise. You can also ask me for help, I will try my best to help you the best I can, more so if your doing it alone, your family or friends aren't into losing weight right now. I had that happen to me a few years ago with family. I know I can do this, there will be good and bad days I will get though them the best way I can. You can do it too. emoticon Laura

I have started over more times then I could ever count, and it's always a struggle. Especially when you have a lot of people living in your home and NONE of them are doing anything to try and eat healthier or exercise. But I keep plugging along and I know like you that eventually I will do this. I have made progress, just no where near as fast as I would like and that's because of my situation and at times because I just plain sabotage myself!!
