2 Steps back again

Well here I am again. Once I start getting back on track and making progress with getting my eating and exercising on track I get sick, and it puts me back off track. This seems to happen to me often. I believe I had the flu a couple of days ago so obviously I didn't do much but lay around and sleep. I am so frustrated because the last two weeks before that I really started to get back into my workouts and was doing pretty good with my eating habits. The only good thing that came out of being sick was that I didn't over eat on Monday and Tuesday. In fact I barely ate, which I know isn't good but I couldn't stomach anything.
With all that being said I know I have to give myself the time to recover from my illness before I get back into it. I did some cleaning this morning at work and it took a lot out of my so I don't believe I could handle a real workout for the rest of this week. I guess I will have to make sure my eating stays on track and hope for the best.
